• Do you offer free shipping?

  Yes, all orders that are €99+ qualify you for free shipping across Europe! Shipping costs are depending on your order volume and will decrease from €50 and €99 (for free shipping). For Dutch customers free shipping kicks in from €49+

• Are your skincare products gluten-free?

  None of the ingredients we use are derived from wheat, but our skincare products are not certified gluten-free.

• I am a local, can I pick up my order?

  Yes you can pick-up your order at our shop in Breda, The Netherlands. Simply select 'collect' during the order process.

• When will my order ship after I place it?

  We have most of our orders shipped out the same-day when we receive them during business hours. But we will always ship within 24 hours (on business days)

• How do I change/cancel my order?

  Email customerservice@walrusoil.eu as soon as you can, we get things shipped out quickly around here!
