• Do you include free stickers in every order?

  We will send one free sticker with every online order while supplies last.

• When will my order ship after I place it?

  We have most of our orders shipped out the same-day when we receive them during business hours. But we will always ship within 24 hours (on business days)

• How do I change/cancel my order?

  Email customerservice@walrusoil.eu as soon as you can, we get things shipped out quickly around here!

• I am a local, can I pick up my order?

  Yes you can pick-up your order at our shop in Breda, The Netherlands. Simply select 'collect' during the order process.

• Can I use your products on wood spoons/utensils?

  Yes you can, but we don’t recommend using it on utensils that will be used for stirring hot liquids.
